Couple Quick Questions

1. At what level (if any) does Incendiary Arrow's burn time increase from 3 to 4 seconds?

2. When under Quickening Zephyr, what level of expertise is required to make 10 energy skills cost 5? What about cost 6?

this is kind of a hard question. expertise values are rounded off AFAIK. QZ energy cost modifiers are not, AFAIK. so you have to think about whether not the QZ energy cost goes before or after the expertise is taken out. anyone have a definitive answer on this?

All I know is that from testing Echo+Debilitating Shots under QZ, level 15 expertise is required to make 10 energy skills cost 5.

Energizing wind is calculated first. Then Quickening zephyr. Then Expertise.

For example, concussion shot.

Reduced to 10 with EN

Increased to 13 with QZ

Reduced to.. whatever with expertise. Expertise reduces costs by 4% per point. So with 10 in expertise, it would be 13*0.6 = 8

I have most of the green number ranges, however the 1...3 range is tricky.

mending seems to be an exception, burning for 3 seconds is the "reasonable max" duration.

Well thatnks for the effort so far guys, but Im hearing a lot of "I think" and "I heard" or "it might be". Anyone have solid answers? So far the only person that sounded sure was whitedesigns, who tested and saw that 15 expertise is required for 10 -> 5 under QZ.

For the build realted to that uestion, I definately cant pump expertise that high, but I cant afford to pay more than 6 per 10 energy skill so if anyone has the number for the minimum expertise required for 10 -> 6 under QZ thatd be great.

Not to sound like an asshole here ... but just test it in the random arenas? Can't be that much work to create a Pvp character - unless of course you don't have a slot free, in which case - my apologies.
